We work with you from concept and specification, through development to planning and building strategies for proposed testing, trialling and validation, right through to supporting your product or service market launch.
Your project might be a small component for a vehicle, or it might be a significant upgrade to core railway infrastructure, or somewhere in between. We work with you to identify and maximise the benefit to your company, the rail industry and its users.
Together we scope your project, identifying the technology and resources needed, building a plan of critical activities. We will work together to identify and propose funding for your project, advising and guiding you throughout making the process as simple and straightforward as possible.
Once in place we will carry out further development together, reviewing and re-evaluating as we progress. We support and enable validation in the live rail environment, selecting test facilities as appropriate, including our own test trains and environments. We will help you achieve required safety conditions and find appropriate test track, trains, and professionally trained and competent staff.
On completion of testing we provide full analysis, output reports and professional advice. We will help with ‘go to market’ strategies; product design & engineering; safety assurance; and access to finance.
